BrainSlap Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of BrainSlap, operated by Mind Metric IQ. By using the game or website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Entertainment service
BrainSlap is a recreational trivia service. Scores, ratings, streaks and rivalry records are virtual game measurements with no cash value. Unless a separate written promotion explicitly states otherwise, gameplay does not award money or prizes.
Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, create misleading identities, access another player’s account or use automated systems to manipulate scores.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, probe security, scrape protected question data, distribute malicious code, exploit scoring, harass other players, submit unlawful material or use BrainSlap in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Content and corrections
We work to maintain accurate questions, but trivia content can contain errors or become outdated. Report suspected problems through the contact page. We may correct, retire or replace content and may modify scoring or game features.
Availability
The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature, match or historical record will remain available indefinitely. To the extent permitted by law, BrainSlap is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Moderation
We may restrict access when we reasonably believe an account is cheating, abusing other users, attacking the service or violating these terms. Game trash talk is not permission for threats, discrimination or targeted harassment.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Account deletion requests can be submitted through the deletion page.
