Send the request from the email address connected to your BrainSlap account. Use the subject “Delete my BrainSlap account”.
After verifying ownership, we will delete the account and associated profile, game history, challenges and reminder-email settings, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
