Fair play makes rivalry worth sharing

BrainSlap is competitive and deliberately cheeky, but a result only feels satisfying when the questions, comparison and social behavior are fair.

Same test, understandable result

Players compared in a battle receive the same questions and answer choices. Stored asynchronous performances allow immediate play without pretending that a live opponent is present. When an opponent’s round result is not available, the game should not invent a false round-by-round comparison.

One defensible correct answer

Every active question should have one clearly defensible answer. Questions with changing facts need dates or context. Ambiguous wording, duplicate answers, broken images and incorrect keys should be reviewed or removed from active selection. Retiring a question does not rewrite historical matches; it prevents that item from entering new ones.

Competition without harassment

Roasts and revenge prompts are written as exaggerated game banter. They are not permission to threaten, discriminate against or repeatedly target another person. Players control whether they open a challenge and whether they continue a rivalry. Friendly humiliation should remain friendly.

No prize or gambling claim

BrainSlap is presented as entertainment and a knowledge competition. Standard battles do not promise cash prizes, investment returns or gambling outcomes. Scores and ratings have no monetary value.

Responsible account use

Players should use a name they are comfortable displaying to opponents and should not impersonate another person. Account recovery email is used to preserve identity and deliver opted-in service reminders. Never share passwords or authentication links.

How to report a problem

If a question appears incorrect, outdated, offensive or visually broken, contact us with the question wording, category and the answer shown. If a challenge is being used abusively, include the relevant link or opponent name. Reports are reviewed for question quality, technical errors and misuse.
