Information we process

We may process your chosen username, email address and authentication records; game answers, scores, challenges, rivalries and progress; device and diagnostic information; and product analytics such as screens viewed, buttons used, sessions and referral information.

How we use it

We use this information to provide accounts and recovery, run and score battles, deliver friend challenges, preserve history, prevent abuse, send requested service or BrainTime reminder emails, measure performance, and improve the experience.

Service providers

BrainSlap uses Supabase for authentication and game data, PostHog for product analytics, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare R2 for question images and assets, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

Choices and deletion

You can opt out of marketing or reminder emails using the link in an email. You may request deletion of your BrainSlap account and associated personal data through our account deletion page.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

BrainSlap is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
